Artificial intelligence is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in technology jobs. The World Economic Forum's "Future of Jobs Report 2023" identified AI specialist as one of the fastest-growing career opportunities, projecting a 39% employment growth rate over the next five years.

Although careers in developing artificial intelligence software and models were on the increase before the COVID-19 pandemic, the disruptions it caused accelerated AI adoption.
